Around the 1930s, they merged with another amateur side called Casuals FC, creating a club that still exists to this day: Corinthian-Casuals FC. They were the first team to field a black player in the 1920s and inflicted Man Utd's worst defeat in the history of the club, 11-3. They were this amateur side that had some of the best football players of the 1890's, inspired Real Madrid to wear white, were attributed with popularizing football around the world and inspired the founders of Corinthians in Brazil.
